What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful modality that supports deep healing by restoring balance to the body’s energy systems. At Awaken Lifestyle Hub, we see Reiki as an invitation to reconnect with your inner vitality—releasing what no longer serves you and welcoming in a greater sense of harmony. Its effects often continue to integrate gradually, unfolding over several days or even weeks.

Reiki Sessions
60 minutes sessions
Each session is a fully immersive experience designed for deep relaxation. You’ll rest comfortably on a massage table, supported by soothing aromatherapy and calming soundscapes. With an eye pillow to encourage stillness, you’re gently guided into a state of rest while the practitioner works with your energy. Using light touch or hovering hands—based on your comfort—attention is focused on the energy centers from the crown of the head to the base of the spine, helping to restore flow, alignment, and ease.
